Pre-Congress?
After serving in Iraq, Chris worked at the Brennan Center for Justice of Voting Rights and Election Security and Pitt Cyber, where he focused on voting rights and the intersection of technology and civil rights. Before joining Congress he was named a legal and policy scholar of the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy and Security.
