Who is he?

Born in Hermosillo, Mexico, he moved to Tucson, Arizona, as a child and became the first in his family to graduate from college, earning degrees from Pima Community College and the University of Arizona. Before entering politics, Juan worked for the University of Arizona and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He later served as Senior Advisor and Vice-Chair of the Arizona-Mexico Commission under Governor Doug Ducey. Juan and his wife, Laura, are proud parents of six children.
